Wow! Its been a long time since I've updated...well now that it's summer maybe I'll have more time. So yeah, state was AWESOME! It was really nerve racking, but a great experience. We stayed in really crappy dorm rooms, but the rest of UW Lacrosse was really pretty. We went up there on thursday and ate dinner at Edwardo's (holy crap best ravioli ive ever had!!!) Ebert is a totally different person outside of school (especially w/ S they never stop laughing) On friday we had prelims for the 4x4. I ran the best race ever! like a 60.8!!! I ran first and I was in the lead when i handed off the baton. We got 2nd in our heat w/ a pr of 4:02 and we beat Madison Memorial! they were seated like 2nd or something so that was pretty darn cool. With our 4:02 we made finals, but we were seated last (but who cares we made finals!!!) and on saturday we ran finals but got last, but its still 9th in the state and thats pretty good. I'm really going to miss Emily and Laura, they were both pretty sad after we ran cuz it was their last race :( Actually I'm going to miss a lot of seniors. Man I have to go to summer school to fix my stupid western civ textbook...maybe i'll finish updating later

    Horny Bunny w/ love handles!
Wow I haven't updated in a while so this is going to be a long one. We went to Chicago for orchestra a couple weeks ago and that was awesomely fun! Blue man group was the best, I loved all of the drumming, the captain crunch, and of course the tons of crey paper at the end. We ate some kind of foreign Indian food, it wasn't the best, but me Beth, Annaliese, Jessica, and a bunch of other people had a blast waving at all of the people of Chicago through the window (we don't get out much I guess). Shopping and the dinner theatre were fun, but the bus ride home was kind of depressing because everyone was coupled up w/ freshmen, but Beth and I made our own little "fort" and had fun anyways. The track meet on the 18th kind of sucked, I got 2nd in the 55m, which was really awesome, but only vaulted 6'6" because my pole kept knocking over the bar. They put a really bad picture of me in the Oregon Observer, but they said some pretty nice things about me. Last Wednesday I ate Arby's and it gave me some pretty nasty food poisoning, I was puking my guts out all night and then I had this beautiful rash under my eyes the next day so I stayed home and it was super boring. I was going to compete at the meet on Friday, but I was still kind of sick so I just went anyways watch Chrissy and everyone else. Gavin (the guy I met at one of my camps) was there and he said hi, which was cool, I've found that you meet some really cool people at those things. That night I went to the dance, too and had a lot of fun. That was my birthday, too so it was a really awesome one! Then on saturday I had my party and it was tons 'o fun. Most of the girls watched Cry-baby and then we did random stuff like opening presents and junk until Little Meow Meow came and they were AWESOME! Scott sang us Happy Birthday and it was really funny. I had Beth, Erin, Annaliese, and Chrissy sleep over and we had way to much fun till 5:30 in the morning. Beth brought Y Tu Mama, Tambien and that is the grossest movie, its all about sex (I swear it was some form of porn), but it had Diego Luna in it and hes quite attractive ;) We watched an interview from my Dirty Dancing DVD and there was this really annoying bird in the background and Chrissy and I could not stop laughing, it was great. The rest of the night we talked about random stuff and how we are all horny rabbits/bunnies (don't ask lol) I started pit orchestra for Hello, Dolly and its pretty fun, the music is hard, but really cool. Lunch today was great, Chrissy and I did our "secret handshake" and Jessica told us to do it w/ bottles in our hands, holy crap was that funny, we couldn't stop laughing (Kala was still laughing like five min. into spanish, Ms. Ellestad though she was crazy ;) I have another meet on Thursday at Sun Prairie. I know a guy (Mike) from there from camp so it'll be cool to see him again. Ebert is probably going to make me do pole vault, the 55m, and the 4x200m relay. I'm pretty excited about pole vault because my coach Jim has been teaching me how to bend the pole so now I can go really high and its awesome.

    Medieval times is rigged!!
Wow, I haven't updated in a while. My Cry-baby movie finally came! That movie puts me in such a good mood :) Track is really starting so suck..The workouts are getting harder and my legs are starting to hurt all the time. Pole vault has been going okay, we have our first home meet tomorrow and I have to vault and run the 55 so I'm pretty nervous. We went to Medieval Times today and it was awesome, Beth and I were excited about eating w/ our hands and the food was pretty good. Our knight didn't win, but we all know that its rigged ;) I've been missing sooo much school this week and I'm really behind and stressed (I just bitched at Scott Tennyson for bugging the crap out of me, but I guess he kind of deserved it) But thankfully I'm going to Chicago w/ the orchestra this weekend because I really need a break from school and life in general. It's okay everybody, Little Meow Meow WILL be playing at my party on the 27th for all of you worriers out there lol. I went to Track camp this weekend on Sunday and worked on pole vault for like 5 hours. I met this really awesome Monroe guy named Gavin and had tons of fun talking to him. I also went to Jessica and Andrews parties, Jessicas was awesome because of all of the dancing we did and Andrews was still pretty cool.

Te quiero con todo el corazón...
I get my braces of on April 13th!!! Today has been a pretty good day I guess. I had mock trial this morning in western civ and I actually did pretty good (especially because I couldn't remember my name as I was going up to the stand lol) Track went pretty well today, I snuck out of doing the middle distance workout and did the sprint workout (I'm such a rebel ;) We actually did stuff for pole vault, but all we did was conditioning and weight training. Holy crap! Since when does planning a b-day party end in a sibling smackdown?? John wants to have it on the 27th, but that doesn't work out for a lot of people including the band and I have track crap all that weekend so why have it then? John was being a real poopyhead today (who knew that boy could swear that much!?) I guess I'll try and change it or have my own party.

    blah
Today was okay I guess...school was kind of depressing because everyone was so sad ;( but I talked to Ebert about the whole track thing and he said I didn't have to do hurdles anymore (which rocks my socks!) but I still have to do middle distance so merf to that. Practice went alright, I got to do the sprint work out (after the hurdles coach getting pissed at me for quitting) we had to do 3 sets of 3 150m and it was hard (my butt hurts!) and then I got to do like 10 wall plants for pole vaulting, but then I had to leave. There were actually quite a few new freshmen there which is cool and Steve was there (which rocks because we have no sophomore guys). Yeah then I had an orchestra concert and I didn't really know the 2nd Violin Simple Symphony very well because I had to play the 1st violin part for Solo/ensamble, but it went really well anyways. We had to play the themes of the piece and none of the other 15 people in my section played so I had my own little 2nd violin solo, which was fun ;)

Middle distance and hurdles should DIE!!!!
Guess who got a 1 on their solo at solo/ensamble?? Meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee woop woop ;) I thought I did really bad, but I'm pretty happy w/ what I got. Well today was the first day of track. I was pretty excited about it because I love sprinting and vaulting, but the stupid middle distance/hurdle coach made me do their work out instead of my normal spint work out. Holy crap! I am not made to run long distances! We had to do a set of 600,500,400,300,200,100m and it was freaking hard! I was pretty much dead after the 600,500, and 400 and then I pulled some muscle in my knee (wow that hurt), but I made it through the whole work out anyways. Then I talked to Ebert about it, and he said "you shouldn't have such a bad attitude about it, you'll probably be good at it" but I HATE IT GRRRRRFFFFF!!!! So I guess I'll talk to him about it tomorrow, I don't think I can handle sprinting, pole vaulting, and hurdling (plus I dont want to hurdle so there ya go) and that was my crap-tacular day hopefully tomorrow will be better :\

::::::stay tuned for the adventures of Band-aid Man or the adventures of Cleavage Man and Cheese Boy!!! and maybe if you're lucky THE FICTIONAL STORIES OF ANNALIESE ;)::::::

    Diego Luna rocks my socks!!!
Wow my first journal entry...I'm not promising this is going to be really interesting, but I'll try to keep you all entertained.. Well this weekend was pretty awesome I guess, solo and ensamble kind of sucked (specially the part being so emotional which i have no idea why lol) but we did pretty good. Our ensamble was awesome! I'm so proud of annaliese, she got everything even though she hadn't practiced w/ us very much. My solo went pretty well...everyone said I sounded good and the crazy awesome judge liked it, it was all good except I had my second page of music behind the first so i had to stop and switch pages, but it was okay. I doubt I'll make it to state but i dont really want to go lol (too much pressure) After that Beth and I saw Dirty Dancing. Holy monkeys! Diego Luna is hot! That was a really great movie and I have found a new love for cuban boys and their kind of dancing! After that my mom (who is awesome) took beth and I to get the Dirty Dancing soundtrack and I bought a bunch of candy at Sams. Im going to gain like 50 million pounds after eating all of it, but it'll be worth it ;) Well Track starts tomorrow, I'm pretty excited about it, but kind of nervous because I'm not sure how I'm going to make it through the season w/ my knees. I can't wait to start pole vaulting, I really want to clear 10 feet this year. I just hope the coaches don't make me do hurdles (they scare the crap out of me) I'd be like the only girl and we all know thats no fun. I also have to finish my western civ project this week. I'm making a shirt and I am not meant to sew, I'm really supposed to be a lumberjack I swear! ;)
